Founded by Bend native Liv Mills who has over 15 years in teaching dance and producing shows, our studio was built from a deep love of movement, creativity, and community. Growing up in Central Oregon on 61st street, Liv found freedom and confidence through dance—and later, through the artistry and athleticism of pole and producing shows. Her vision was to create a space in her hometown where others could explore those same feelings of empowerment, creativity and self-expression.

Today, the studio brings people together through a diverse blend of dance, pole, and production. Our classes welcome all levels, encouraging growth, strength, and artistry in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Our production studio also helps creators bring their visions to life—from choreography videos to brand shoots and creative projects.
